The next NJQHYA meeting will be held at the PJC show on Saturday night, August 30th, 1/2 hour after the last class.

NJQHYA will be setting up the booth at the 4H State Show on Saturday, August 23rd in an effort to promote NJQHA, NJQHYA and AQHA.  If you can work a couple of hours at the booth please send an email to be scheduled.

New Jersey QH Youth Association is Taking The Nation By Storm!

 Alison Ceresani has been elected as one of the Region 5 Directors at the YES conference in Amarillo.

 

NJQHYA President Rim Mansi was selected as a Junior Journalist for this year’s Youth World Show being held in Oklahoma City August 1-9.

 

Abigail Pait has a wonderful article published in the July American Quarter Horse Journal.  The article tells everyone what to expect at the Youth World Shows and talk about this year’s location.

 

Representing NJ at the Youth World Show was Amanda Mehaffey, Carley Montemuro, Abigail and Samantha Pait.  Additionally, Allison Ceresani, Cece and Sara Hodgson successfully competed in the scrapbook competition.  Click here to read all about it and view photos!

 

Region Five Experience July 24 – 27 , 2008, Centre Hall PA

Several NJQHYA members travelled to Centre Hall Pennsylvania to compete in the Region Five Experience.   Youth members Alison Ceresani, Danielle Dodge, Cece Hodgson, Sarah Hodgson and Carley Montemuro competed.
